Refund policy

BCBYBS bundles include novelty products that should be used for their intended purpose, for the customer's own personal enjoyment and risk. All bundle box products are final sale, no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• If any item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Send an email to shop@becute-beyou-besafe.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the damage, so we can promptly arrange a replacement or resolution.
• Refund: Once reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment meth

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
